Tip: To avoid a negative impact on your reliability score and future job opportunities, job cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the shift starts. Cancelling within 24 hours of the shift will result in a lower reliability score.
Select the My Jobs tab located in the main menu and then select Hired. Select the job you wish to cancel.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Select Cancel Shift. Input a reason for your cancellation in the text box. You will be notified if the cancellation is less than 24 hours before the shift start time.
3. After canceling your shift, a Shift Summary will appear to update you on your reliability score.
