Can you find another worker to pick up a shift on the Spotwork App?
Yes, another Spotwork worker can pick up a shift for you if you are unable to attend due to scheduling or sickness. Please follow the instructions below to do so.
Note: the individual who is picking up your shift must be on the Spotwork App, have completed the sign-up process, and have the necessary requirements for the shift. The replacement worker MUST be hired on the App.
If you are unable to attend a shift, cancel your shift on the app as soon as possible.
Reach out to Community Management and let them know who you would like to replace you.
Community Management will confirm if the worker can be added to the shift
