At Spotwork. An important part of the onboarding process is the ID verification we At Spotwork, ensuring the security and authenticity of our Spotters is a top priority. As part of our onboarding process, we perform a thorough ID verification to confirm the identity of every Spotter.

This process includes verifying that Spotters have provided their correct legal name and matching their profile picture with an official piece of identification. The profile picture you upload during setup plays a critical role in this verification process.

For this reason, once your profile picture is set, it cannot be changed. We understand that this may be frustrating for some Spotters. However, this policy is in place to prevent fraud and maintain a secure environment for all users.
