Learn How to Make Sure You're Not Missing Communication From Spotwork

To ensure you receive all communication from Spotwork, you must make sure your email inbox settings are set properly. If not, important communication will be blocked from your inbox.

For Outlook:

Make sure Spotwork is not blocked in your subscriptions list.

  1. Log in to your inbox.

  2. Click the Settings gear icon on the right side of the top toolbar.

  3. Unsubscribe from emails on Outlook

  4. Click the View all Outlook settings option at the bottom.

  5. View all Outlook settings

  6. Go to Mail β†’ Subscriptions.

  7. Check out your Outlook subscriptions

  8. Make sure Spotwork is not unsubscribed in your subscriptions list.

Make sure Spotwork is on your Safe Senders list:

  1. Log in to your inbox.

  2. Click the Settings gear icon on the right side of the top toolbar.

  3. Click Junk Mail

  4. Add Spotwork to your safe senders list: hello@spotwork.co
